This is in addition to his lifetime sales total of more than $2 billion in transactions achieved over the course of his more than three decades in the real estate business. Pettingell says that in that time, he’s learned invaluable lessons about selling luxury properties, some of which he’s able to pass on to prospective buyers and sellers.
Pettingell attributes part of his recent success to his skill in generating buyer interest in luxury listings, a skill he says his experience as a real estate agent has honed.
