Anyone who conducts or only plans to engage in online events, faces the question – what platform to choose for webinars? There is a huge variety of platforms, both paid and free, with a wide range of functionality and a set of technical characteristics. We suggest you pay attention to the imind.com. Therefore, you should initially look at some of the parameters of the video conferencing platform to weigh up the pros and cons, to assess the quality of the performance and the small differences.

Briefly About the Platform

iMind is a program for online meetings, webinars, and conferences. It helps companies to interact with those employees who work remotely, and even to establish team communication. It is convenient because it can be used on a PC (desktop version), mobile device, and just in a browser.

The Way to Work with iProperty

You can invite them to a video meeting using the link generated by the organizer. Participants do not need to register in iMind – just follow it. If the user does decide to register, there is no need to enter a password – a one-time code is issued at each login to the program and sent to the e-mail address. When someone “knocks” to enter the session, the administrator receives a message with a photo of the participant and can allow or deny the entry.

Features of iMind

Mind Meeting extends the power of your Mind meeting to schedule video conferences and webinars from any device.

Anyone can attend an event, as long as they have been invited to attend. However, to have access to all the features of the iMind, it is better to register with the system.

You can:

  • participate in webinars, video and audio conferences;
  • create your events and invite participants;
  • receive alerts when you are featured in an event;
  • choose whether you prefer to watch videos full screen or in chat for business;
  • view your presenter’s reports;
  • chat with other attendees;
  • recording your events;
  • use the feedback form if you have questions.

High video resolution and multiple simultaneous participation in a video call are other noteworthy features of the program. During a video call, each participant can toggle sound and video on and off as needed, chat, send files, screen sharing, and record the conversation.

All iMind.com broadcasts are secured with 256-bit AES encryption. The company can also install the software on a server to increase security.

Joining the Conference

You have two options:

  1. Click on the reference you get from the host of the event.
  2. Select the event you would prefer to attend out of the list of available events once you are a member.

Pick the one that is comfortable for you!

Audio and Video Communication with iMind

To create an event, it really doesn’t take much action. Tap the “Create” link in the upper right-hand side and then select the “Start Now” button in the opening window. However, what about audio & video?

Well, the integrated mics and speaker are quite sufficient for high-quality sound. We recommend using either a hands-free device or at least a headset for the best performance.

Transmission of video, on the other hand, produces a lot of internet data traffic, so using a WiFi network with a stable link is recommended in terms of quality image and sound quality. By default, your webcam is switched on. You can turn the video camera off at any point in the event.
