Success isn’t a destination, but a journey. As long as you have a goal in mind and continually make progress to achieve it, you will feel successful. Brian Iregbu has taken massive action in his life to achieve his goal of financial freedom. Now, he uses his experience to give others the tools they need to do the same.
As a corporate employee, Brian earned a six-figure salary working for Exxon Mobil. But there was a price to pay. Working 50 to 70 hours a week was his norm, leaving him feeling like he had no freedom or control over his own life. Inspired by real estate moguls who made something out of nothing, Brian decided it was time to make a change. He started his own real estate investing company to gain freedom over his time and finances. Finding time to dedicate to real estate while still working his 9 to 5 was a challenge, but Brian’s passion outgrew any restrictions he faced. As his real estate business gained traction, he overcame his biggest obstacle–transitioning from employee to employer as House Buying Brian grew into a million dollar company.
One of the most important lessons Brian learned is that mindset is more important than skill set. Even if someone possesses all the knowhow possible, with a flawed mindset, it will be difficult to execute their plan. To be successful, you have to be of a strong and sound mind, never letting fear hold you back. “Fear is a great indicator that you are stepping out of your comfort zone, which is imperative for growth. Fear is often caused by a lack of knowledge and is also a sign that you’re moving in the right direction,” says Brian Iregbu.
Brian is a firm believer in the value of mentorship. By aligning yourself with the right people, your odds of success dramatically increase. “My best advice is to surround yourself with the best mentors in your industry and take advice exclusively from those who have achieved what you aspire to achieve,” says Brian Iregbu.
Brian has helped thousands of people get their start in real estate. His mobile app, Anydeal, will become one of the most widely used tools for real estate investment beginners.
