Nick Luevano believes that passion drives results and that is exactly how he has built a
reputation for getting his clients incredible results. Nick works with a variety of clientele from all
different backgrounds and cultures from all over the globe. He has dedicated his life to using
real estate to create multi-generational wealth for himself and his clients. Nick has built a
reputation for challenging the norms of the industry and breaking down limiting barriers that
allow clients to achieve their greatest potential.

At just the age of 31, Nick has been able to achieve millionaire status. He claims that choosing
the path of most resistance allowed him to be found by the real estate industry. Before all of his
success, Nick recalls praying for a larger vehicle to achieve his goals. His prayers were answered
in the form of a Youtube ad that offered a course in real estate investing. By attending this class
Nick’s eyes were opened to the unlimited potential available to him by developing a skill set
within the real estate industry. Nick’s first deal netted him $90,000 and he has never slowed
down since. He says “I left everything I knew at the time to dive into the world of real estate
that was so new and unfamiliar to me. I took all of my natural abilities and acquired skills and
took a chance at it, worked smart, worked hard, and invested in myself.”

Nick built an enormous movement of Millennial aged entrepreneurs that scaled to over 5,000
customers, spread out over 25 states and 15 countries across the globe. He has closed over 500
real estate transactions over the past 5 years which has allowed him to reside at the top 1% of
his company. Nick is a serial entrepreneur and has reinvested his earnings into various projects.
He even started his own separate project called Millennial Flippers, which is currently one of the
fastest growing real estate education platforms. This platform teaches individuals to build
wealth using real estate as a vehicle and has already helped hundreds of aspiring real estate
entrepreneurs create wealth for themselves.

Nick credits his passion for the industry for providing him the drive and focus to succeed at the
level that he has. He also believes in balancing all areas of his life such as physical, mental, and
spiritual health. He stays active in his church community and is an avid reader. He says “ I
believe in being sound in all areas, “mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.”

Nick is a perfect example of how hard work pays off. He takes great pride in his
accomplishments from graduating college, to closing his first deal. His hard work has allowed
him to purchase his dream house and has also put him in a position to retire his mother. Nick’s
vision for the future is to continue to grow his portfolio by investing further into entrepreneurs
and small businesses.
