Planning on a fun night eating at the best Italian restaurant with friends or family? You wouldn’t want to be disappointed when you arrive and find out there are no seats available. In this case, you can use technology to increase your chances of getting in with these four tips.

Book a Reservation Online

Smart people will choose a date where they want to go to their favorite restaurant and either call or book it on the restaurant’s official website. It’s worth noting that the more time allowance you have, the better your chances of booking two seats at the best Italian restaurant.

Choose a Less Crowded Day or Night

If it’s okay with you, choose a weekday or an early lunch or breakfast so you can get seated in a short time, if not immediately. You can compromise and set a date when you know it will be less crowded. As a pro tip, you can check how packed a restaurant is by checking on Google Maps or Apple Maps.

Reach Out on Social Media or Through Official Contact Channels

For any questions or concerns about seating, you should contact the restaurant management directly. Most of them will have business pages on social media and won’t hesitate to reach out or engage if you need them. These include asking about whether you need a reservation to get guaranteed seats, and other details such as the menu and the restaurant’s exact address or location.

Confirm and Show Up on Time

You may have successfully booked seats to an excellent restaurant, but that doesn’t mean you can hold onto it forever. To ensure you and your loved one eats in a timely manner, show up on time and present a snapshot of the reservation from your smartphone. Don’t forget to bring identification as well.
